Kokosh Beauty prides itself in providing exception services to customers. We have an appointment confirmation system in place so we can provide these services without any interruptions.

We understand circumstances can change and appointments may require cancelling or rescheduling which is why we send a confirmation SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we do not receive a confirmation text we will unfortunately cancel your appointment and the 30% deposit charged upon booking will be forfeited. 

 

If you have confirmed your appointment but need to cancel or reschedule, we ask you to notify us up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment so we can best accommodate to your needs. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours to appointment time or in case of no shows  we will  have to charge the full appointment fee.
