Senior Skin Therapist / Advanced Skin Specialist
Essendon | Casual | Senior position
We are looking for an experienced and clinically confident skin professional to become a trusted extension of the Kokosh standard.
This is a senior role for someone who can confidently care for an established clientele, exercise sound professional judgement and deliver the level of knowledge, warmth and professionalism our clients expect.
Over time, the role will develop into greater clinical responsibility, with the opportunity for the right person to independently manage Kokosh clients and play an important role as the clinic continues to grow.
THE ROLE

Conduct in-depth skin consultations and develop customised treatment plans

Perform advanced skin treatments including peels, skin needling, LED, lymphatic facials and corneotherapy-based protocols

Assess skin, explain treatment priorities and provide professional recommendations with confidence and clinical rationale

Maintain detailed client records, treatment notes and aftercare recommendations

Support client retention through thoughtful rebooking, education and continuity of care

Deliver exceptional client experiences and build long-term client relationships

Take increasing ownership of client care and treatment-room operations as competence and trust are established

Maintain impeccable clinic standards, hygiene and treatment protocols
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who brings experience, confidence and genuine care to every client interaction

5+ years' professional skin therapy experience strongly preferred
-
Candidates with 3–5 years of exceptional advanced skin experience may also be considered
-
Strong experience working with established and mature clientele
-
Confident consultation and treatment-planning skills

Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions and skin health

Able to work independently and exercise sound professional judgement

Warm, articulate and highly professional communication style

Results-focused with a genuine commitment to client care and retention

Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Corneotherapy training, or a strong willingness to undertake training

Laser/IPL experience
-
Experience with professional cosmeceutical skincare brands

Lymphatic Facial & Sculpting experience
